Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
